WesPortal
All Wesleyan employees have access to the WesPortal. This is the University's "intranet" and is a central repository for many important resources and information, including the University's payroll system. In WesPortal, you can change your password, verify and revise your personal data, submit parking sticker and key requests, visit the online directory, and more. Supervisors can also find helpful resources in the Managers Toolbox.
The WesPortal login can be found in the "Tools" drop-down within the top bar of the Wesleyan homepage. You will use your Wesleyan computer login for WesPortal. New employees are encouraged to log in to WesPortal to become familiar with the resources there as soon as possible.

Important Resources and Policies
As a new employee, it’s important to learn about how Wesleyan operates. Resources for frequently referenced policies include the Policies page, the Staff Handbook and Faculty Handbook, ITS policies (including computer usage policies), General Counsel policies, and Finance policies.
Wesleyan has an active Sustainability office.
We have compiled a one-stop Who's Who at Wesleyan contact list to help you.
Staff identification cards are issued by the WesCard office in North College. You should plan on visiting this office to obtain your staff ID as close to your first day as possible. Your staff ID controls access to certain University buildings, including the Freeman Athletic Center.
The Office of Public Safety helps maintain a safe environment for all community members at Wesleyan. If you have a question, concern, or would like more information about personal safety or crime prevention on campus, please contact this office.

Be sure to check out the events calendar for specific offerings.
You may wish to participate in one of Wesleyan's employee resource groups, which are employee-run groups on campus for faculty and staff that offer networking opportunities.
