Human Resources Advisory Team

The Human Resources (HR) Advisory Team, re-established in 2017, serves as a space for administrative staff to share their perspectives and exchange ideas on topics related to working at Wesleyan. HR Advisory also serves as a forum where members can work together to brainstorm solutions and problem solve.

Team Accomplishments

• Provided feedback and ideas to update HR policies and processes (2018-2019)
• Provided feedback on the revised Performance Review Form (2021)
• Revisions to the Vacation Policy (2022)
• Participated in Performance Management feedback sessions related to the WesThrives survey (2023)
• Submitted recommendations on enhancements to the Staff Recognition Programs (2023)
