The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. We're located on the 1st Floor of North College.
Manage Your Student Account online by clicking here. View real-time student account activity, make payments, generate custom statements by term or date range, enroll in a monthly payment plan, save multiple payment methods and make international payment transfers via Flywire. Students sign on with existing WesPortal credentials. Authorized Users (parents) log on here.

Holiday Break - Office Closed
The Student Account Office will be closed Monday, December 23 through Wednesday, January 1. We will re-open Thursday, January 2. Student Account staff will be remote until Monday, January 13. We encourage you to email your inquiries to student-accounts@wesleyan.edu or call us at 860.685.3080.
As a reminder, we do not accept cash payments and strongly encourage all student account payments be made online.
Spring 2025 Due Date
Billing date January 7 with payment due February 7. Enrollment in the optional Monthly Payment Plan begins January 1 with the 1st installment due January 15.
1098T Form
2024 .pdf forms are available in WesPortal in late January. Forms are also mailed to students’ home addresses and should be delivered by the end of January.

Did you know?
Enrolled students can charge up to $1200, per term, to their student account at the Wesleyan RJ Julia Bookstore (student account must be in good standing).
