- Where can I view the 2018-2019 CourseLeaf catalog?
The 2018-2019 CourseLeaf catalog is viewable at https://catalog.wesleyan.edu.
- How can I make edits to a CourseLeaf page?
Department/Program chairs, co-chairs, and administrative assistants have the ability to make changes to the following pages by navigating to https://futurecatalog.wesleyan.edu and entering their Wesleyan credentials for login.
- Department pages
- Undergraduate major pages
- Undergraduate minor pages
- Graduate program pages
If you are a non-chair faculty member, please contact your chair, co-chair, or AA to discuss changes.
Certificates and minor pages are granted access based on the person(s) who manage the content for these programs of study.
- How can I gain access to a page that I should be able to edit?
If you cannot edit a page but are responsible for maintaining that page's information, please send an email to CourseLeaf@wesleyan.edu requesting access.
- How can I make changes to my department's faculty listing?
The department faculty lists are automatically generated based on people's job codes in PeopleSoft.
- If a person's appointment does not start until a future date, they will not appear in the listing until the effective date of their appointment.
- If a person received a promotion to a different category and/or recently retired, the change in the faculty listing will appear based on the effective date of the change in appointment.

- How can I make changes to course information?
To make changes to curriculum:
- Use the CourseLeaf Course Inventory Management system (CIM) to submit course-level changes and propose new courses.
- Use the CourseLeaf Section Scheduler (CLSS) to submit section-level changes.

- Where can I view handouts and helpful CourseLeaf documentation?
If you have editing privileges in CourseLeaf, simply go to any of your pages, select the edit option, and navigate to the help tool in the upper right hand corner of the page. This link provides CourseLeaf user guides, tutorials, webinars, short training videos, and other great resources for using the system. There is also a link for Custom Documentation, unique to Wesleyan's processes.
