Who We Serve
We partner with students, staff, faculty, and other stakeholders of all identities and backgrounds. We serve the entire Wesleyan community and beyond, reaching out to the local community, other institutions of higher education and organizations that foster inclusive excellence and equity. We partner with offices to provide services for those from historically marginalized communities including students of color, students with disabilities, first-generation college students, students from different socioeconomic backgrounds, queer and trans* students, and international students.
In addition to the Resource Center and various other departments, The Office for Equity & Inclusion provides the following resources for those who identify as:
- First Generation and/or Low Income
- Members of the LGBTQIA Community
- Undocumented and/or DACA:
- Connecticut Students For A Dream (C4D)
- Informed Immigrant
- Dean Mike Whaley (mwhaley@wesleyan.edu or 860-685-3160) serves as a central resource for Wesleyan’s DACA and undocumented students. Please feel free to reach out to Dean Mike confidentially with questions or for suggestions and support in navigating Wesleyan.
