TUITION AND AID
Tuition for Summer Session 2014 is $2,900 per course. Residency fees (optional) are posted on the Housing and Dining page.
The following information is specific to Summer Session 2013. This page will be updated wtih 2014 information soon.
Register by March 26: Wesleyan students who register for Summer Session courses by Tuesday, March 26 will be billed for Summer Session tuition at the end of March, with full payment due (minus any financial aid awarded) Friday, April 26. Students whose balance is not paid in full by April 26 will be considered to have effectively withdrawn from Summer Session classes.
Register after March 26: Wesleyan students who register after March 26 must provide payment in full at the time of registration. The University accepts check, wire, or pre-payment through the e-Billing system.
Monthly payment plans are not available for Summer Session.
Withdraw by April 26: Tuition refunded 100%
Withdraw April 27-May 29: Tuition refunded minus $500 withdrawal penalty
Withdraw after May 29: No refund

A limited amount of financial aid will be available to Wesleyan University students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are enrolled in two or more courses during Summer Session. Funding limitations will not allow us to meet full demonstrated need for the Summer Session. Students may have federal and/or alternate loan options available for the Summer Session.
Applying for financial aid for the Wesleyan Summer Session 2013 is a separate process from the financial aid re-application process for the 2013-14 academic year. If you currently receive financial aid for the 2012-13 academic year, we already have most of the information needed to determine your eligibility for Summer Session 2013 financial aid. Here's what you must do to complete the Summer Session 2013 financial aid application:
- Complete the Summer Session financial aid application form available in the "Summer Session" section of your EPortfolio, and send it to the Summer Session office at 74 Wyllys Avenue by March 26, 2013.
- Students who have requested financial aid will be notified about any financial aid awards on April 15, 2013.
If you apply for financial aid for Summer Session 2013, you have until April 26, 2013 to accept or decline your package. Students who accept the financial aid package must pay the balance of tuition and fees by April 26.
