Cardinal Technology ITS Service Center

An important component of the ITS User Services team, the ITS Service Center is staffed by highly trained and certified PC/Windows and Apple/Mac hardware technicians.

Working in conjunction with ITS Desktop Support Specialists (DSS) and the ITS Helpdesk, the Service Center team provides computer hardware procurement services, deployment support, technical support, and technical services for Wesleyan owned desktop and laptop computers.

The Service Center team is also equipped to perform fee based warranty and non-warranty diagnostics and repairs for personal desktop and laptop computers owned by Wesleyan University's faculty, staff, and students. 

Location and Hours:

Located in Exley Science Center room 116 (rear), we are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Labor Rates and Policies for non-Wesleyan University owned equipment services: 

Free initial diagnostic service for personally owned computers of Wesleyan University faculty, staff, and students. 

Labor: $75.00 per hour.

Parts: Variable 

A repair will be initiated and completed for up to $100 without consultation, unless previous arrangements have been made. Estimates will be given for work that exceeds $100.

Payment Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, departmental account numbers, and student account charges.
