Classrooms
Through its Instructional Media Services group, Academic Technology designs, plans, implements, and supports over 100 digitally-equipped classroom spaces. Classrooms at Wesleyan may come equipped with a PC computer, a Mac Mini, a dvd/blu-ray player, a large HD tv, and/or a projector. Increasingly, AppleTV or Microsoft wireless display adaptors are being installed to facilitate collaboration in active learning classrooms. Several classrooms have state-of-the-art video-conferencing systems installed, allowing students to join with peers from down the road or on another continent.
Technical support is available by calling x4959 from the phone in the classroom.
If you would like to learn more about classroom technology at Wesleyan, please create a ticket in Service Now and a member of our team will contact you shortly.
Wesleyan licenses hundreds of titles for deployment throughout our labs and classrooms. Please consult our current list of software available on lab and classroom computers.
