Graduate Housing
Wesleyan University provides graduate students with single, family or group housing options that are adjacent to campus. Approximately 50% of graduate students live in a Wesleyan-owned residential space. The Office of Residential Life administrates the campus housing program. For information on Wesleyan housing options, rental rates, the assignment process, and the graduate housing application form please visit Graduate Housing at the Residential Life web site.
Some graduate students reside in non-Wesleyan owned apartments and houses near the Wesleyan campus. The Office of Graduate Student Services posts information about these options on the bulletin board in the office reception area. Feel free to stop in to see recent postings.
Rent
Graduate students who receive a stipend are paid twice per month. Half of each month’s rent is automatically deducted from each stipend paycheck for graduate students who receive a stipend. Graduate students who do not receive a stipend must pay the full month’s rent online by the 10th of each month.
