Advising for a Global Education

International Events
- The Fries Center tracks and publicizes campus international events, including any event held in a language other than English. To submit an event, use the form here. Upcoming events are listed on the Fries Center’s homepage.
Cultures and Languages Across the Curriculum (CLAC)
- Here you can access information about Wesleyan’s CLAC initiative, including an archive of past classes and how to apply to teach a CLAC yourself.
Traveling Internationally
- The Travel Reporting app in WesPortal, located under ‘My Information’, let the university know where and when you are traveling in the country and in the world. Informing us where and when you are traveling allows us to quickly know whether we might have a community member in a particular location when dangerous events occur, which would allow us to help when possible. Furthermore, our insurance companies offering travel coverage require us to pre-report where faculty and staff are traveling and the only way for us to get accurate information is from this application. This site contains information about the insurance coverage as well.
