Dual Career Assistance

We recognize that the decision to join Wesleyan's faculty often includes a discussion of the job prospects in the area for a spouse or partner. Wesleyan is committed to providing assistance so that both partners can make a successful transition. Through various list serves and ad-hoc consortia of partners, Wesleyan works in collaboration with many institutions in the region to provide access to job opportunities within higher education as well as the broader employment arena. We encourage dual career couples to share their need for job assistance early in the interview process so that we can provide support as early as possible.
