ITS Service Desk
The ITS Service Desk is the primary initial point of contact for Wesleyan University faculty, staff, and students seeking assistance with ITS delivered services and support.

During the semester, Service Desk hours are:
- In person Walk-in Support and Telephone Support: Monday thru Thursday 9:00AM – 9:00PM; Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Saturday Closed; Sunday 7:00PM - 10:00PM
- IT Service and Support can also be obtained through WesPortal > ITS Help > Request IT Support
