Winter Session 2022 Courses

Winter Session offers both ONLINE and ON-CAMPUS courses.

Registration will open on November 16, 2021. Wesleyan students are encouraged to apply (in WesPortal) for financial aid even if they are unsure about attending Winter Session; an application or award does not obligate a student to take a course. The deadline to apply for financial aid is November 3, 2021.

Students taking Wesleyan courses for credit online in a U.S. state outside of Connecticut may use this form to submit questions or concerns.

The Winter Session 2022 schedule is as follows:
January 4 - 17; reading day January 18, finals day January 19.

Courses will meet for all 40 class hours. Courses may only be taken for credit; auditors are not permitted in Winter Session courses.

Winter enrollments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. The request, payment and any approvals must be fully complete before enrollments are processed.

Course schedules, descriptions and syllabi will be linked and posted as they become available; students are encouraged to contact faculty directly with any questions about courses.

Mango Languages

Wesleyan students may enroll in certain 0.25-credit, on-line language course using Mango Language over Winter Break (at no cost). The language has to be one that is not available via normal classroom instruction; currently, the options include Danish, Farsi, Romanian, and Norwegian.
