Monday, October 7: Financial Aid Application opens in Portal - Wesleyan students only

Wednesday, November 6:  Financial aid awards sent out

Wednesday, November 13: Registration opens

On or before December 10: Courses with low enrollment will be cancelled

Tuesday, December 3: Deadline to sign up for housing (all students who APPLY and receive permission to be on campus for winter break can continue to use their meal plan).

Friday, December 13 (noon): Registration closes. A $100 late transaction fee will be charged for dropping, adding, swapping or withdrawing from a course after noon on December 13.

Monday, January 6: University housing opens for Winter Session (available only to students with prior approval and spring housing)

Monday, January 6: Deadline to drop and receive 100% tuition reversal ($100 late transaction fee applies)

Tuesday, January 7: Winter Session classes begin

Tuesday, January 7: Deadline to drop course and have no record of it appear on transcript

Wednesday, January 8: Deadline to change grading mode (5PM)

Friday, January 10: Deadline to drop and receive 75% tuition reversal ($100 late transaction fee applies)

Friday, January 17: Last day to withdraw from a Winter Session class and earn a grade of W

Monday, January 20 - MLK Jr. Day: Instructors may choose to hold class on this day

Monday, January 20: Winter Session classes end

Tuesday, January 21: Winter Session reading day

Wednesday, January 22: Winter session examinations

Thursday, January 23: Spring classes begin

Wednesday, February 5: Winter session grades due
