The WesCard Office is now located in room 122 at the USDAN University Center, 45 Wyllys Avenue on the first floor. The WesCard Office is responsible for producing and distributing the University identification card (The WesCard) for all students, faculty and staff on campus as well as proximity card access, meal plans through the Transact System and the Middletown Cash Program.

The website has the ability to satisfy all your WesCard campus needs. You can deactivate a lost WesCard, reactivate the card that you had deactivated if you found it, deposit money onto your card (via credit card only), check your balance, get a transaction history of your card, find locations where you can use your WesCard and get information about your meals, meal plan points and Middletown Cash on your WesCard on the eAccounts page.

Cash No Longer Accepted for Middletown Cash deposit
Transact Mobile eAccounts Application Available
Using the Transact Mobile eAccounts Application allows students to view account balances for meals, meal plan points and Middletown Cash, manage their account and make deposits to their Middletown Cash. Faculty and staff can also use this application to make deposits to their Middletown Cash and to view their balance. Everyone can use it to de-activate a lost card and re-activate that same card if you find it.
The Mobile application for eAccounts is now available for iOS 5 or later on iPhone or iPod Touch only. It is not available for Androids or other operating systems.

Attention Students
THE MEAL PLAN SELECTION MODULE IS BACK IN YOUR WESPORTAL FOR FALL SEMESTER AS OF 6/3/24 TO CHANGE YOUR MEAL PLAN.YOU HAVE UNTIL 9/13/24 AT 5:00 PM TO CHANGE YOUR MEAL PLAN FOR FALL SEMESTER.
Meal Plan Start Date
The first day to use meals and declining balance points for fall semester is August 21,2024 and for the spring semester it is January 21, 2025.
Meal Plan Change Dates
The fall semester meal plan can be changed from 8/26/24-9/13/24 at 11:59 PM and the spring semester from 1/16/25-2/5/25 05:00 PM. These dates always correspond with the Drop/Add period for classes each semester.
Meal Plan Expiration Dates
Meals are for semester use only. First semester meals expire on December 15, 2024 and spring semester meals on May 17, 2025. Unused declining balance points at the end of fall semester will roll over for spring semester usage on top of the spring semester points. The last day to use all meals and points is 5/17/25 for the academic year. Unused meals and declining balance points are not refundable and cannot be transferred to the new academic year.
Additional Meal Plan Points - Last Day to Add
The last day to add additional meal plan points and have them billed to the student account is Wednesday, May 7, 2025.
