No workflow emails will be sent to actual Faculty and Staff (except the Finance Office) from any testing DB. We will push your documents through workflow. You will not receive your usual emails that a document is fully approved.

What to test:

  • SmartDocs… SmartDocs … SmartDocs!
    • Any delivered pages you access
    • Every possible combination of every field
    • Add A New Value and Find An Existing Value
    • Every link on every page
    • Access SmartDocs created before the Upgrade
  • Just do what you normally do … but do it badly!

  • Make mistakes!

  • Be creative!

Testing Strategies:

  • Create a detailed outline of what you need to test
  • Check out our Test Script Templates:
    • Copy one that is similar to what you are testing
    • Use what's there or add & delete
    • Organize and save you testing documents for use later
  • Schedule yourself testing meetings in Outlook to ensure you have uninterrupted time
