How to Report a Testing Problem:
1) Describe your problem in a Word Document:
- Look at the Report A Problem - Sample document
- Copy the Report A Problem - Template document
- Complete the template:
- Decribe your issue
- Document the steps
- Include Screen Images where appropriate:
- On a Windows PC you can try Snipping Tool
- On a Mac you can try Desktop Shutterbug
- Include any identifying information (Voucher #, PO # etc.)
- Save the document in an easy to locate folder (eg: Windows Documents or Downloads folder) for retreival in Service Now
2) Go to Service Now

Note: If you don't need to describe your problem with Screen Images then you can use the "Please Describe Your Issue" area, but you are limited to 6 lines.
