Russian House

Russian House consists of a group of like-minded students who enjoy exploring Russian and Eastern European culture outside of the academic options offered at the university. Although Russian House is connected to the Russian Studies program, we welcome all students interested in any element of Russian culture. The house becomes what the residents make it. Some years it is focused on language; other years the house is interested in culture, history, and food. Still, each year sees residents bonding over events like watching Russian cartoons and cooking traditional Russian foods in the house kitchen. Whether you are Russian, have family ties to Russia, or are simply interested in learning more about Russia, this is a space to connect to the Russian side of campus. Ultimately, Russian House is a living space where everyone of all backgrounds and interests is welcome.
