Reunion Accommodations

Residence Hall Rooms: Dorm rooms are currently sold out for Reunion & Commencement 2022. It is our intention to offer a limited number of on-campus residence hall rooms to reunion alumni within the registration process on a first-come, first-served basis beginning when Reunion registration opens in late March. These rooms often sell out before registration closes so if you're counting on staying in a dorm room make your reservations early. Most rooms are doubles and there are shared bathrooms in each hall.  You will have the opportunity to reserve a single or double room. Unlike a hotel, you receive the room for the entire weekend (Thursday–Saturday) as we are unable to turnaround rooms on a daily basis. Fee details will be available in Spring 2022.

We will do our best to place you near classmates but depending on the type of room you select, you may be limited to certain residence halls. Wesleyan will not assign roommates. Alumni do not have to tell us who their roommate is unless someone other than the person purchasing the room is picking up their key at registration.

Hotels: Special rates have been arranged at the following hotels for alumni attending their Reunion. Reunion alumni are encouraged to choose any hotel of the preference, and to coordinate lodging plans with friends. When contacting hotels please ask for a room in the “Wesleyan Reunion” block.  Wesleyan cannot be held responsible for non-refundable room cancellations, so please make note of hotel cancellations policies. Availabilty may fluncuate, so we encourage you to check back often with your preferred hotel if needed. Please note that this information is subject-to-change.
