Reunion Accommodations

SOLD OUT ON APRIL 13: We regret to inform you that we have reached capacity for dorm rooms. We recommend that you reserve a hotel room or make other accommodation arrangements. Please try any from the list below or list of hotels near Wesleyan can be found at http://www.wesleyan.edu/about/visitors/lodging.html. 

Dorm Rooms: A limited number of on-campus residence hall rooms will be available to reunion alumni only on a first-come, first-served basis beginning when Reunion registration opens. These rooms often sell out before registration closes so if you're counting on staying in a dorm room make your reservations early. Most rooms are doubles and there are shared bathrooms in each hall.  You will have the opportunity to reserve a single or double room. Unlike a hotel, you receive the room for the entire weekend (Thursday–Saturday) as we are unable to turnaround rooms on a daily basis.

Single – $175 (includes Thursday–Saturday nights) 
Double – $300 (includes Thursday–Saturday nights) 

We will do our best to place you near classmates but depending on the type of room you select, you may be limited to certain residence halls. Wesleyan will not assign roommates. Alumni do not have to tell us who their roommates are unless someone other than the person purchasing the room is picking up their key at registration. Please email rc@wesleyan.edu to make arrangements for key pick-up if this is the case.

Hotels: Special rates have been arranged at the following hotels for alumni attending their Reunion.  When calling any of these hotels, please ask for a room in the “Wesleyan Reunion” block. Please note that this information is subject-to-change. We advise all alumni to make sure that you understand the hotel’s cancellation policy before confirming your room. Wesleyan cannot be held responsible for non-refundable room cancellations.
