- Dining
Wesleyan University has numerous campus dining options, including cafes in both the Usdan University Center and Exley Science Center. Hours fluctuate throughout the year and are very limited in the summer months. For general information about dining and facility hours, visit wesleyan.edu/dining/index.html.
- WesCard
GLS students who do not have an employment relationship with the University will be issued a Wesleyan Student ID card at. WesCard can be used to receive discounts at local businesses and discounted tickets at the Wesleyan CFA, to check out materials from the library and to gain access to certain facilities (Freeman Athletic Center, 24-hour study room, etc.). Replacement cards cost $20 and must be acquired in person at the WesCard office.
GLS students may also elect to put Middletown Cash on their WesCard. Middletown Cash can be used at vending machines on campus, as well as in lieu of cash or credit card at Wesleyan dining facilities and at some other community locations.
- Freeman Athletic Center
Wesleyan’s athletic facilities—including squash courts, an ice rink, indoor and outdoor tracks, weight room, fitness center, pools and more—are open to all enrolled GLS students. Visit the Freeman Athletic website for more information.
- Center for the Arts
Wesleyan’s Center for the Arts (CFA) hosts nearly 300 events a year, including performances and exhibitions in art, dance, music, and theater. GLS students receive student discounts for all ticketed CFA events. Visit the CFA website for detailed information about upcoming performances
- Incident Reporting
GLS students are encouraged to report any incidents or behavior harmful or contrary to Wesleyan’s Community Standards to our Public Safety team. If you would rather not speak with someone in person, please consider using our Incident Reporting Form.
