Get Involved
Wesleyan University’s Jewett Center for Community Partnerships is committed to engaging and learning with others to build and strengthen our shared community by providing opportunities for Wesleyan students to volunteer their time and talent with student-run service programs, Middletown community agencies and through work-study positions in our office.
Before getting involved in any community service or civic engagement, we ask that all students review the Cardinal Community Commitment and the JCCP Youth Safety Policy.
If you are interested in getting involved in our local government, we encourage you to check out the Middletown Government Participation Guide. It will help you figure out where to start, how to participate in meetings, and how to sustain long-term involvement.
Are you a Wesleyan staff or faculty and want to get more involved in the Middletown community? Check out our Community Partners page.
