Suggested Attendance

Everyone is invited to attend any workhop. Below are suggestions to help you determine what sessions will work best.

Academic AAs and all other Website Owners should plan to attend overview session Wednesday OR Thursday from  9 – 11 am
Programmers/developers should attend Wednesday OR Thursday from 9 – 11 am AND  Wednesday 2 -5pm AND Thursday from 2 -4 pm
Faculty attend 9am to 1 pm either day. If that is not an option, each faculty member should plant to attend from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm either day.
Communications attend Wednesday OR Thursday from 9 – 11 am and content creators should also attend Wednesday 11:30am -1pm
University Relations should plan to attend Wednesday OR Thursday 9 – 11 am and content creators should also attend Wednesday 11:30am -1pm
CPI should plan to attend Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm OR Thursday from 9 am – 1 pm 
Campus-wide Accessibility Compliance Team attend from 9 – 11 am either day AND Thursday from 4 – 5 pm
