We have the space to fit your needs here at Green Street. Rent today for your next meeting, birthday party, rehearsal, or performance. We simply ask that you leave the space in as good a condition as you found it with trash removed at the end of your event. Contact us today to learn more about required insurance information or to make a reservation.

Wesleyan students may reserve space for rehearsals or student group gatherings for free during regular business hours.

Any rental outside of regular business hours will be charged a $20 per hour staffing fee (no exceptions or discounts). A $50 deposit is required with a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Available Spaces

Performance Studio - 34'X32' - flexible black box theatre with removable risers, removable dance floor, 14'X10' drop down screen, projector, sound system, upright piano, theatrical lighting, seats 65 people auditorium style, allows 100 people standing, can also be configured for tables and chairs.


Suggested Uses: Theatre, dance & music presentations, meetings, parties, & classes



MultiPurpose Room - 24'X18' – blackboard wall, seats 25 people with chairs, 50 people standing, can be configured for tables and chairs, can bring in upright piano.


Suggested Uses: Meetings, classes, parties



Group Music Room - 28'X11' - Upright pianos, chairs, and music stands.


Suggested Uses: Music rehearsals, lessons or classes



Dry Arts Studio - 32'X23' - tables and chairs, seats 20 people with chairs, 50 people standing.


Suggested Uses: Art classes using dry materials, meetings



Wet Arts Studio - 25'X23' - sink for clean-up, tables and chairs, seats 16 people with chairs, 40 people standing


Suggested Uses: Art classes using paints and other wet materials, meetings



Dance Studio - 32'X24' - ballet bars, floor to ceiling mirror on one wall, cubby holes for storage, sound system and speakers, hardwood floors.


Suggested Uses: Dance and yoga classes, martial arts classes & Tai Chi


Please note: No food or drinks allowed in this room including chewing gum, and no shoes or furniture allowed at any time.

* A total of 1.5 hours of set-up/clean-up time is provided for FREE (not including additional staff charges)
* Wesleyan Faculty/Staff - 50% Discount
* Wesleyan Students - Free during staffed building hours ($20/hour during non-staffed hours)
Full payment is due on the day of the rental, along with a $50 security deposit.  


Cancellations and No-Shows
The $50 deposit will be forfeited in the event of a:
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event 
- No-Show (in which Green Street is not alerted)
