This exhibition, curated by Devon Murphy and Kristen Evangelista (both B.A. 1997), explored representations of women published inCamera Work, a periodical associated with pictorialist photography. This movement sought to elevate photography to a high art form and employed images of women to achieve its aesthetic goals.
