Study Room Hours

The Davison Art Collection study room is located in Olin Library and welcomes individuals and groups of up to 19 people. In addition to serving as a space for the study of artworks in the collection, the study room houses the University’s Print Reference Library. 

The study room is open between 9am and 5pm Mondays through Fridays. It is closed during university holidays and between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

To view artworks in the Davison Art Collection in the study room, an appointment is required. Requests should be made at least three weeks prior to the desired date by contacting the DAC staff.

Appointments are recommended for consulting the Print Reference Library holdings. The Print Reference Library is open to walk-in visitors from 12:30pm through 4:30pm, Mondays through Thursdays while Wesleyan classes are in session, as long as there is not a previously scheduled group in the study room. Appointments are required for the Print Reference Library at all other times.
