Vibraphonist, composer, and Adjunct Professor of Music and African American Studies Jay Hoggard '76 presents music from his new double album Harlem Hieroglyphs in celebration of 40 years since his Wesleyan senior recital in Crowell Concert Hall, almost to the day. The concert ensemble will feature saxophonist René McLean, pianist and organist James Weidman, bassist Belden Bullock, and Visiting Assistant Professor of Music and Private Lessons Teacher Pheeroan akLaff on drums.
