The University provides faculty and staff members and their families with tax-free tuition assistance to foster their continuing education, subject to plan limitations. The University also has a robust training and development program, Success at Wes.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) is a federal program designed to reduce the burden of student loan debt for eligible individuals who work for qualified public interest employers. As a not-for-profit university, Wesleyan is a qualified employer for the PSLF and as such employees who meet eligibility criteria set by the federal government may be able to reduce their student loan debt.
