The Student Accounts Office is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges that students incur while attending Wesleyan. We're located on the 1st Floor of North College.
Manage Your Student Account online by clicking here. View real-time student account activity, make payments, generate custom statements by term or date range, enroll in a monthly payment plan, save multiple payment methods and make international payment transfers via Flywire. Students sign on with existing WesPortal credentials. Authorized Users (parents) log on here.

Fall 2024 Due Date
Billing date July 9 with payment due August 9. Enrollment in the optional Monthly Payment Plan begins July 8 with the 1st installment due August 15.

Monthly tuition statement notifications are sent to student's Wesleyan email account and any Authorized User(s).

Did you know?
Enrolled students can charge up to $1200, per term, to their student account at the Wesleyan RJ Julia Bookstore (student account must be in good standing).
