Pre-Arrival Session for ISO 2023

Information about cell phones will be discussed during the ISO and orientation leaders will be able to assist.

You will be able to find T-Mobile, AT&T, Cricket and Metro PCS (also owned by T-Mobile) on Main Street (downtown Middletown and close to campus).

Different wireless services will have different ID requirements for getting a cell phone. Some might require Social Security Number (SSN), others will not if you tell them you are an international student. 

You can sign up for a plan or get a prepaid phone. A prepaid phone plan will not usually require a SSN.
