Graduate Recital by Emma Mistele

A recital by graduate music student Emma Mistele will feature an hour-long, uninterrupted piece of composed performance. Mistele has been working with 14 other Wesleyan performers to develop an improvisational language. In this language, musical efforts can yield visual results, as well as sonic ones; the environmental and corporeal realities of live performance become source material for musical material.
