Artist Parker Ito speaks about the exhibition A Lil' Taste of A Lil' Taste of Cheeto in the Night and reflects on the 10-year anniversary of the work’s first showing in January 2015.

Ito opened A Lil’ Taste of Cheeto in the Night at Chateau Shatto, Los Angeles. One of those paintings, People tell me everyday that I’m really creative (peace on earth) (A Lil’ Taste of Cheeto in the Night Installation) (2013–2015), is now in the Public Art Collection at Wesleyan University. Ito re-presents this singular work, building a fresh installation around the painting in the North Gallery of the Ezra and Cecile Zilkha Gallery.
