The Connecticut Flute Orchestra is a collective of professional flutists celebrating the culture of the state with the sounds, repertoire, and diversity of a multi-flute orchestra. Piccolo, Eb flute, alto flute, bass flute, contrabass flute, and subcontra bass flute comprise the orchestra, conducted by Adjunct Assistant Professor of Music Nadya Potemkina. Flutists will include Cecilia Burns, Joan Curtiss, Monica Fitzgerald, Aleksandra Miglowiec, Tracy Norkun, Helene Rosenblatt, Naomi Senzer, Cheryl Six, Wesleyan Private Lessons Teacher Peter Standaart, Heather Stegmaier, Sarah Bouchard Stockton, Kathie Sumrow, Elaine Thoma, Erin Vivero, and Heather Wagner.
