Changes to a class schedule after the initial drop/add period, including adding/dropping 4th quarter classes, require students to navigate to their "Class Schedule" in WesPortal and follow directions on how to correct their schedule. All requests will need to go through the workflow for consideration. Students will receive an email when the request is either fully approved and processed, or denied at any stage of the process. FACULTY can review pending requests by clicking on the link they receive via email or simply clicking this link.

  • Actions
    Action cannot be taken on any course enrollments and enrollment requests until Drop/Add begins.
  • Students

    Students can view course enrollments and ranked Drop/Add enrollment requests via WesPortal>Courses>Class Schedule.

  • Instructors

    Instructors can view class lists via WesPortal>Academic Toolbox>Course Management>Class Enrollment. Be sure to select the pre-registration term from the term dropdown.

  • Advisors

    Advisors can view advisees’ course enrollments and ranked Drop/Add enrollment requests via WesPortal>Academic Toolbox>Advisees>Schedule.

    The 4 full credit course limit can be raised when Drop/Add begins.

  • Chairs/Directors & Administrative Assistants

    Chairs/Directors/AAs can view students’ course enrollments and ranked Drop/Add enrollment requests via WesPortal>Academic Toolbox>Students>Schedule.

    Chairs/Directors/AAs can view classlists via WesPortal>Academic Toolbox>Classlists>Course.
