Time and Time Off Recording

All time each week must be reported by the designated timekeeper in Physical Plant and Public Safety by noon each Monday morning of the week following.   As a result, Physical Plant and Public Safety employees are asked to submit their individual time records according to the guidance and deadlines established by their department.  Any questions on submitting time by employees in these departments should be directed to their supervisor. 

Time Off Usage

Employees can view their time usage within the Time and Time Off Recording module in their Employee Portfolio. Each Friday, the ATS is updated from payroll to record any time used within the prior work week as reported on your timesheet. The time reported is then posted in the Paid Time-Off (PTO) Balance display within your employee portfolio.

All time is tracked by the week. Discrepancies should be reported to your department's time processor.
