PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT
9/16/12
Public Safety would like to alert the community that on Sunday 9/16/12 at approximately 10:25pm a male visitor was walking on William St when he was approached by 3 individuals on bicycles. One of the individuals asked to use the visitor's cell phone which he refused. The suspect then struck the visitor several times before all three individuals fled the scene. The visitor received minor injuries which did not require medical attention
The visitor described the suspects as African-American males with tall thin builds, short cropped hair approximately 18-20 years old. The suspect who struck the visitor was wearing a white shirt and jeans.
