Desktop Support Specialists
DSS are highly qualified computer professionals whose mission, together with the rest of the ITS staff, is to deliver timely, reliable, and expert service to Wesleyan computer users. Academic departments are currently assigned an individual Desktop Support Specialist. Administrative departments are supported by the Administrative Helpdesk. The Academic Desktop Support Team is comprised of Joe Rich, Julian Goldfield, and Jim Kamm. The Administrative Desktop Support Team is comprised of Brendan Plake, Ben Jackson and Jerry Maguda. Faculty and staff may submit incidents and questions via service.wesleyan.edu. All routing of incidents takes place automatically to the appropriate support person.
