1. Room Assessment (March 2014):

a) Room dimensions:

The room is about 55' wide by approximate 70' depth, the high at the front of the room is 22'.

 

b) Projection wall dimensions:

 

 

c) Current power for the screen, projector and rack, closet, podium, or closet:

 

 

d) Current conduit for projector, speakers, rack, and in some cases cable cubby:

Conduits run from the back of the cart to the back of the room,into a room in the physics department.

    

 

These go upstairs and are connected to a register box 

 

After the register box, the conduits run into the ceiling of ESC150,

to each of the projectors and to the rack in the projection booth.

  
 
 
 
 

-There is a mechanism that allows slack in the snake when the projector is lowered and raised.

o) Potential ceiling problems with the new electric screen installation.

 

 

p) Storage instructions for the IMS team for the hardware or AV equipment repurpose and/or disposal:

r) Evaluation/destination of the old equipment and hardware (like trays, computers, computer housing, projector mount, etc) for repurpose.
