This position includes the following duties:
TOUR GUIDE for campus visitors on a daily basis.
Note: multiple tours per day required.
PHONE RECEPTIONIST for Admission Front Desk. Answer phones, greet visitors and assist with general questions. Responsible for lobby appearance & restocking of supplies.
CLERICAL ASSISTANT: assist with data entry, process incoming mail, unload and stock publications, other clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Should be courteous and professional when interacting with students, parents, and staff. Must be reliable. Casual business attire required.
Must be in Academic Good Standing
Note: preference given to Work Study students and/or students who don’t need housing.
This position will also pay for ½ of the summer UNIVERSITY housing costs for students that require on-campus summer housing as determined by the Office of Residential Life.

On-Campus Employment with Admission Office preferred. Notice of additional employment must be advised at time of interview. Summer travel, Family obligations, August commitments, Wesleyan employment Fall commitments, must also be advised at time of interview.
||MON-FRI 8:30AM-4:30PM (7 hours per day/1 unpaid lunch hour) Weekend Front Desk coverage is required for Two Days. (11am-3pm)||
||*35 hours per week *Plus 2 weekend day commitment.|
