Qualifications/Description:

Assist with Green
Street's marketing efforts, specifically promoting and building a
diverse constituent base for its Evening and Weekend Programming and
the Afterschool Program. The assistant will help implement and
execute Green Street’s marketing plan, marketing and communications
projects, create internal/external written communications, including
brochures, e-group, fact sheets and other program related materials,
as assigned.
Specific projects include:
•Assist in distributing and mailing marketing materials
•Target marketing: mailings, phone calls, emails
•Text for website/website updates for new season offerings
•Ads: creation and coordination, placement, publications
•Online postings/blogs & community calendars
•E-Group email: assist in composing emails
•Outreach: tabling at various community events
•Promote membership program
•Update distribution lists to improve tracking system for material
distribution
•Take photos at variety of GSAC events/classes/workshops
