Communications Service Request

Completing a service request form will provide University Communications with the information needed to better understand your project scope and strategy. 

Due to the volume of requests we receive during the semester, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for University Communications to review and respond to your request. In addition, if your project is approved, timing and scheduling will be determined based on current resource availability and other project schedules. 

To submit a request for service, please go to Wesleyan.my.workfront.com. Workfront is our project management software we use to track your project from submission to completion. 

Start a "New request." From the "Request Type" dropdown menu, select "UC Creative Briefs" or "Web Service Issues" to work with University Communications (UC) or on website issues, respectively. Then, for work with UC, choose the appropriate form. Use "UC Intake Form" for larger projects, when appropriate. Complete the form (fields in BOLD are required) and click on "Submit Request" at the bottom of the page.
