Dear Wesleyan Parents and Guardians,
By choosing Wesleyan, your student has become part of a rich tradition of intellectual inquiry—and career success.
As a parent, you are doubtless concerned about your child’s professional future. The Gordon Career Center exists to educate students in career management. We help them refine their interests, develop a plan for meeting their short and long term goals, and connect with industry professionals and graduate schools. We also recognize that career management is a skill set for a lifetime, one that will give our graduates a competitive advantage in an ever-changing employment marketplace.
The Career Center is located in a state-of-the-art building in the middle of campus, next to the Usdan Campus Center. We encourage students to connect with us as early as their first year. The Career Center is open every weekday offering drop-in meetings with Peer Career Advisors and scheduled one-on-one appointments with professional counselors. Please encourage your student to engage with us today.
