Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009 - Men's Soccer vs. Springfield, Wesleyan gets games only goal from Geoff Zartarian '11 as goalie Adam Purdy '13 posts his first career shutout with four saves:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009 - Field Hockey vs. Colby, Alex Bean '11 scores twice for the Cardinals but Colby scores 2:45 into OT for the 3-2 victory:  1st Half - 2nd Half +OT

Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009 - Football vs. Tufts, Vince Miller '12 rushes for 102 yards and Shea Dwyer '10 picks up another 69 on the ground along with five-yard TD run in 7-3 Cardinal victory:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009 - Men's Soccer vs. Coast Guard, Cardinals score in opening 20 seconds, then add a pair in a span of 36 seconds later in the first half to pick up a 3-0 victory:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009 - Women's Soccer vs. Eastern Connecticut, Katrina Ellis-Ferrara '13 puts Wesleyan on the board in the first half but Eastern ties it with 11 minutes to play and the teams go on to finish in a 1-1 tie after overtime:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Oct. 10, 2009 - Football vs. Colby, Wesleyan carries a 13-0 lead into the fourth quarter only to be tied in regulation by Colby, which wins in overtime, 16-13:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009 - Women's Soccer vs. Rhode Island College, Ingrid Parl '10 scores final two goals as Wesleyan powers to a 5-0 victory:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009 - Football vs. Bates, Steve Hauser '11 catches three TD passes and Cyprian Oyomba '12 returns an interception 54 yards for a score as Cardinals rally from 14-0 deficit for a 28-20 win:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009 - Women's Volleyball vs. Rhode Island College, Cardinals roll to a 3-0 win for their 10th win vs. RIC in the last 11 meetings of the teams:  1st Set - 2nd Set - 3rd Set

Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009 - Field Hockey vs. Mount Holyoke, Ashley McLaren '13 scores the game-winner early in the second half and adds an assist on Morgan McCauley's '12 goal in a 3-0 victory. Keeper Tori Redding '13 had two saves for her third shutout:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Wednesday, Oct. 28 - Women's Volleyball vs. Eastern Connecticut - Setter Ellie Healy '10 goes over 4,000 career assists as Cardinals cruise to a 3-0 victory:  Unfortunately, archive file unavailable.

Sunday, Nov. 1 - Men's Soccer vs. Colby (NESCAC Tournament) - Wesleyan ties NESCAC Tournament record for goals in a game with a 5-0 win as Walter Rodriguez '13 scores twice and team extends unbeaten streak to 15 with school-record 11th shutout of the year:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Nov. 7 - Men's Soccer vs. Middlebury (NESCAC Semi-Final) - Wesleyan suffers its first loss of the year as Middlebury breaks a scoreless deadlock in the 79th minute and adds an insurance goal three minutes later for a 2-0 triumph:  1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Nov. 7 - Bowdoin vs. Williams (NESCAC Semi-Final) - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Sunday, Nov. 8 - Middlebury vs. Williams (NESCAC Championship) - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Nov. 7 - Football vs. Williams (Homecoming/Family Weekend) - Wesleyan comes up short on three trips to the red zone in the first half and gets just one second-half TD as Williams comes away with a 34-7 victory:  1st Half - 2nd Half 

Saturday, Nov. 14 - Men's Soccer vs. St. Joseph's (Me.) (NCAA first-round game) - Wesleyan got goals from Chris Kuehn '13 and Nick Whipple '10 while Adam Purdy '13 posted four saves in securing the team's 12 shutout of the year with a 2-0 victory:  Opening 30 Mins.of 1st Half - Last 15 mins. of 1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Nov. 14 - Babson vs. W.N.E.C. (NCAA first-round game) - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Sunday, Nov. 15 - Men's Soccer vs. W.N.E.C. (NCAA second-round game) - After playing to a 1-1 tie through overtime, Wesleyan advanced on penalty kicks, 5-4, when Rory O'Neill '13 converted Wesleyan's sixth try and Adam Purdy '13 made the save on WNEC's sixth attempt:  1st Half - 2nd Half - OTs & PKs

WINTER, 2009-10 --

Friday, Jan. 8 - Women's Ice Hockey vs. Williams - After a scoreless first period, Williams pulls away for a 5-0 Little Three win - 1st Period - 2nd Period - 3rd Period

Friday, Jan. 15 - Wrestling vs. Roger Williams - Cards get pins from Dan Bloom '10 and Chris Alvanos '11 in final two matches to secure a 24-12 victory - Weights 141 to 165 - Weights 174-133

Friday, Jan. 15 - Wrestling vs. Trinity - Wesleyan again gets pins in last two matches from Dan Bloom '10 and Maika Nagata '13 for comfortable margin of victory - Weights 141 to 174 - Weights 184-133

Friday, Jan. 22 - Women's Basketball vs. Williams - In a game during which neither team led by more than seven points, Williams gets the late edge and holds on for a 53-46 win - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Friday, Jan. 22 - Men's Basketball vs. Williams - Wesleyan trailed by six at halftime but fifth-ranked Williams pulled away in final 8:30 minutes to turn a 59-53 lead into a 79-63 triumph - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Tuesday, Jan. 26 - Men's Ice Hockey vs. Trinity - Cards rally back from 4-1 deficit in third period to tie, 4-4, but Trinity scores last two for a 6-4 win - 1st Period - 2nd Period - 3rd Period

Friday, Jan. 29 - Wrestling vs. Western New England - Cards have little trouble disposing of WNEC with four pins, three forfeits, a tech fall and two major decisions in a 55-0 victory - Weights 125 to165 - Weights 174 to Hwt - Exhibition matches

Saturday, Feb. 6 - Women's Basketball vs. Conn. College - Wesleyan takes the lead midway through the second overtime and pulls away for a 79-71 NESCAC victory in two extra frames - 1st Half - 2nd Half - Overtimes

Saturday, Feb. 6 - Men's Basketball vs. Conn. College - Cardinals use a 9-0 run in the second half to take control and keep the Camels at least six points down the stretch en route to a 79-70 NESCAC win - 1st Half - 2nd Half

Saturday, Feb. 13 - Men's Ice Hockey vs. Bowdoin - Bowdoin scores a pair of goals 20 second apart midway through the third period to extend a narrow 2-1 lead on its way to a 5-2 win - 1st Period - 2nd Period - 3rd Period

Saturday, Feb. 20 - Women's Ice Hockey vs. Conn. College - With a playoff spot on the line for the Cardinals, Conn. College dashed Wesleyan's post-season hopes by skating off with a 7-0 win - 1st Period - 2nd Period - 3rd Period

SPRING, 2010 --

Sunday, March 28 - Softball vs. Bates - Cards come from behind three times and win in the bottom of the 9th, 13-12, as Meaghan Dendy '10 scores on a wild pitch - Innings 1-5 - Innings 6-9 

Friday, April 2 - Baseball vs. Middlebury - With Mike Barsotti '12 racking up a career-high 16 strikeouts, Cards rally from a 5-0 deficit to win, 7-6, as Kyle Weiss '12 knocks in winning run in the 7th - Innings 1-5 - Innings 6-9 

Saturday, April 3 - Men's Lacrosse vs. Tufts - Tufts breaks away from 7-7 tie late in the third period with five straight goals and goes on to defeat Wesleyan, 14-11 - First half - Most of 3rd quarter - Rest of Second Half

Saturday, April 10 - Women's Lacrosse vs. Colby - Saturday, April 3 - Men's Lacrosse vs. Tufts - Tufts breaks away from 7-7 tie late in the third period with five straight goals and goes on to defeat Wesleyan, 14-11 - First Half - Second Half

Thurs., April 15 - Softball vs. Eastern Connecticut (1st game of double-header) - Sam Epstein '12 launches home run to left for Cardinals' lone run in 4-1 setback to Eastern Conn., New England's top ranked team (also ranked 16th nationally) - Innings 1-4 - Innings 5-7

Saturday, April 17 - Women's Lacrosse vs. Williams - Cards score first but Williams uses 7-0 run to take control and go on for a 13-7 final - First Half - Second Half

Wed., April 21 - Baseball vs. Eastern Connecticut - Cardinals rally from 10-3 deficit to take a 16-12 lead after five innings, but Eastern scores final six runs to capture an 18-16 decision - Innings 1-top of 3 - Innings bottom of 3-5 - Innings 6-8

Sat., April 24 - Men's Lacrosse vs. Amherst - Wesleyan bolts to a 6-2 lead after one quarter and 9-3 at halftime on its way to a 16-8 victory. Lonny Blumenthal '10 scores a career-high seven goals - First Half - Second Half

Sat., May 1 - Baseball vs. Williams, 1 p.m. - The Ephs break a 7-7 tie with four runs in the top of the 7th and go on for a 14-9 victory as Wesleyan formally dedicates its baseball field as Dresser Diamond - Link coming soon

Friday/Saturday, May 14-15 - Softball in NCAA Division III Tournament at R.I.C. (Note - These files were not generated by Wesleyan and are not downloadable.  They are available for viewing only)
