REGISTRATION

Registration is now closed.

Travel Grant

If you require a travel grant for air or train transportation to visit campus, check the appropriate boxes on the online registration form and submit the permission/medical release form AND financial responsibility form by Friday, March 30, 2018.

SOC Overnight Stay Request

Through our overnight hosting program we can accommodate admitted SOC students for one or two nights.  Spending the night with a current Wesleyan student allows you to get a true sense of the campus community!  Space is very limited and accommodations are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

NYC Transportation

A Wesleyan charter bus will leave Manhattan from 79th Street between Broadway and West End Avenue (near First Baptist Church) on Wednesday, April 11, and depart from campus on Friday, April 13.

Contact: Please email wesfest@wesleyan.edu if you have any questions or concerns about transportation.

* The term student of color refers to students who identify themselves as Black/African American, Asian/Middle Eastern/Pacific Islander, Latino/Latina, Native American/Alaskan Native, or Multi-racial.
