At this women of color networking event, admitted students can mingle with current students and establish a connection of trust and togetherness.

SOC Leadership Lunch

Participants will meet current student leaders, faculty, and staff of color. They will learn about various Wesleyan affinity groups, organizations, and clubs, and about offices on campus that provide student services.

First Generation & Low-Income Student Reception

Stop by our reception and meet members of the administration who will introduce first-generation and low-income students to the resources at their disposal should they decide to attend Wesleyan.

The Ankh Information/Collaboration Session

The Ankh is Wesleyan's student of color publicaiton on campus. We are the vehicle of expression and empowerment for Wesleyan's students, faculty and staff of color. Come by to meet current members and learn about our publication!

Ferguson: From Community Building to System Change

A year ago, no one would have expected the epicenter of nationwide outcry and protests against police brutality and racism to be centered around a small municipality in St. Louis, Missouri. Join us for a conversation addressing "Why Ferguson?" to hear from students who have spent time there following the murder of Mike Brown. We will be discussing the continuation of the black liberation movement and ways to bring equality to our own communities

Taste of Middletown Dinner/Senior Panel

Enjoy the delicious dining options that Middletown has to offer and meet current Wesleyan seniors who already have exciting futures planned after graduation. This is an honest and informative discussion about how their lives at Wes (academic, extracurricular, and social) have inspired their futures. Students only.
