The media is full of stories demonstrating how hard it is for college graduates to land and keep jobs. Sharon Belden Castonguay, the Director of the Wesleyan Career Center, will draw on both her doctoral research and career advising experience to discuss what factors lead to career success during hard times.

Presenter: Sharon Belden Castonguay joined Wesleyan in May 2013 from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where she was the Director of the Graduate Career Management Center. She holds a doctorate in human development & psychology from Harvard.
