The Office of the Registrar oversees a broad range of activities in support of student enrollment, course registration, academic history and transcript maintenance, services to faculty, and other related activities.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) stipulates that before receipt of federal educational funding, institutions must provide student access to, and maintain the privacy of, education records.

Wesleyan students have their own personal Electronic Portfolio (E-Portfolio) on the Web. It includes pages of academic information and plenty of space for you to add files, documents, and additional information. It also gives access to e-mail and provides other tools such as a personal calendar.

WESMaps is a Web-based view of the curriculum. This system provides information about the courses offered each semester. Each course entry includes a description, class schedule, prerequisites, general education designations, and the instructor's name. WESMaps is organized to provide a multifaceted approach to the curriculum that allows you to identify courses that have interrelated themes across departments and programs.

Wesleyan Library
Wesleyan University Library is one of the finest small academic libraries in the United States with approximately 1.9 million print and electronic resources, including books, journals, images, statistical data, video and sound recordings, and government documents. The extent and variety of the library collections provide strong support for the educational mission of the University.

Study Abroad
The Office of International Studies works with students, faculty, administrators, and program providers to ensure that students participate in substantive educational programs in other countries, and that said programs form a meaningful part of a coherent whole within the major and the overall Wesleyan undergraduate degree.
