Parent play a vital role at Wesleyan. Learn ways in which you can be involved!
The Parents Council
The Parents Council was instituted in 1994. It is open to all parents and there are no membership dues. The Council's mission is to facilitate communication between parents and the University, as well as within the parent constituency, and to promote the inclusion of parents in the greater Wesleyan community.
Join other parents on the Wesleyan University parents e-mail list, ParentsTalk. Once you become part of this e-mail community, you can easily communicate directly with other Wesleyan parents who choose to participate.
Parents of current Wesleyan students are actively involved in a number of volunteer programs both on and off campus. The goal of parent volunteer efforts is, broadly, to enhance the Wesleyan experience for students and their families - and more specifically, to provide opportunities for connecting parents with other parents, alumni, students, staff and faculty in the Wesleyan community
